Important technical developments have been applied in this range for 2008. The new products supply old people from old people’s home, patients from hospitals, private clinics and all health establishments with a perfect comfort.
The work of medical staff is easier thanks to improvements developed for a better movement and handling of the chairs and also by supplying real solutions for comfort and hygiene.
These chairs are ideal for preservation at home. They are especially designed for old people with low mobility. They enable long sitting positions without any discomfort and in safety.

. The design of the relaxing chairs model 235 & 255 has been changed.
The foldable chair and manual relaxing chair always belong to the range with a new design and new armrests which are more comfortable.
. Big novelty is chair with wooden structure model 644.
It is a chair with 4 star comfort with its seat made of high density foam.
It is beautiful with its high range design highlighted with the warm structure made of sticked wooden plates, beech colour.
The quality of finishing work thanks to its Ginkgo leather covering makes a chair perfectly adapted to old people’s home and health establishments. It is also well adapted for home and its different colours enable a perfect integration of this chair in all possible inside rooms.
. The PIERSON chairs are completed with a new more technical range, special for medical practise, it is the “Paramedical Range”:
 

 Chair model 593, geriatric chair with hydraulic adjustable height and chair model 693 for dialysis and care with flat or anatomical backrest, have been studied in collaboration with specialised medical centres to enable medical practice by optimizing the position of the patient during the examination without any efforts neither discomfort due to long sitting.

.As technical products, the Pierson shell chairs are issued from our own Research & Development Department. This chair permits a good, adjustable and safe positioning of the patient. Easy movement to slope the chair and come back to horizontal sitting position. It can help for a safe transfer. Mobile and dismountable seat without tool for better hygiene and the seat can also be equipped with an integrated bedsore prevention system Handilight. Maintaining strap. Adjustable headrest and many other equipments are available. It exists in 2 different models for in-and outside (with big wheels).
